Greg Kluempers photographic voyage explores the relationship of forms, textures and color in the everyday world. His newest work from travels in France, Colorado and the Panama Canal layers images extracted from a field of poppies, an old building, a distorted reflection, or an architectural detail and the juxtaposition of adjoining buildings. He uses these to create abstract images, often printed on canvas.
Greg is an active member of Art Saint Louis, The St. Louis Artist’s Guild, The Best of Missouri Hands and the Foundry Art Centre. Since early 2001 he has been in over 150 juried-shows, exhibits and art fairs in Missouri.
