UMS Music Festival July 19, 2012

The Denver Post Underground Music Showcase, one of the premier music festivals of its kind in the western U.S., is a yearly celebration of Colorado's local music community. What began as a simple collection of 25 bands in five different rock clubs has now grown, in its 12th year, to include four days of music, featuring over 350 artists at over 25 different venues. One of the highlights will be the performance by Shabazz Palaces, scheduled to take the main stage at Goodwill on Saturday. Performances here at 3 Kings Tavern on the opening night include Cloud Nothings, Wire Faces, Bad Weather California, Mrs. Magician and School Knights.
