Maverick pianist Glenn Gould serves as the inspiration for this inaugural concert of the School of Music's new concert series Music in Mind: The Sound of Discovery. Works for solo piano and chamber ensemble from composers he championed, including Bach Sibelius and Hindemith, are punctuated with audio clips from the iconoclast himself.

Proceeds from Music in Mind concerts benefit the UM School of Music’s undergraduate scholarship fund.
