UHealth at Plantation Lecture Series February 13, 2013

UHealth at Plantation will kick off the 2013 Lecture Series featuring some of the best medical minds of today.  From inside South Florida’s most advanced medical care center, the doctors of UHealth will share with the public the latest advancements in prevention, therapy and comprehensive technology.  Medical innovations such as Urologic Oncology, Thyroid Disease management, fertility treatment and clinical cancer treatment trials will be discussed across the coming five weeks.
 
The lecture series is open to the public with two sessions a month.  All events will take place at UHealth at Plantation with light refreshments served in between.  Seating is limited.
The first lecture will feature Dipen Parekh, M.D., Professor and Chairman of the Department of Urology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.  Parekh is also the Director of Robotic Surgery for the University of Miami Health System.
