Okay_Computer is a workshop where you can discover a type of computer software that is… different. The software is free: free as in
freedom, not free as in free beer (though it is often that too in reality). The Okay_Computer workshop is designed to help everyday computer users understand Free Software so that they can make more informed choices, and if they wish, apply philosophical ideals to their computer. These ideals can be applied by choosing Software like Ubuntu: a free, reliable, and attractive alternative to Windows. In this workshop we will teach you what Ubuntu is and how to use it.
