You’ve just received a hefty project and realize that you can’t do the work all by yourself. What’s the best way to qualify subcontractors and other referrals?
You’ve accepted a “red hot” project only to have it delayed. Now there’s other work coming your way. What should you do?
You know your new client is good for the money, but should you ask for a deposit up front? If so, what’s reasonable?
Your internal contacts aren’t showing up for meetings and/or not providing the input you need. You need their cooperation, so what should you do?
You’re about to wrap up your current project. How can you go deeper within the organization or get referrals to other divisions? How can you stay in touch in a meaningful way?
You keep hearing that clients on retainer are golden. How can you get them?
In this interactive table networking session, you’ll not only enjoy a full two hours of quality networking, but you’ll get the answers to some of your stickiest questions. The ones above are just the starting point. Bring others. We’ll tackle the most urgent ones, and you’ll leave with new perspective and approaches. Come for the answers! Come for the fun!
