U of A presents Anything Goes, The Cole Porter Songbook April 10, 2009

A musical tribute to the life and career of Cole Porter as performed by Encore, University of Arizona School of Theatre Arts.

Cole Porter's brilliant use of wit and humor through playful lyrics and music make him unparalleled by any other. He lived his life with style and energy, which is apparent in his subtle, lively and sometimes silly creations.

Devised and written by Richard T. Hanson and directed by Besty Kruse-Craig, this performance will include such songs as "Let's Fall in Love", "You've Got That Thing", "You're The Top", "Friendship", and "Anything Goes".
