Tyrone Wells is very proud of what has happened with his music, but he won’t lay out everything that has happened. He’ll just say that his music has gone far beyond and he is thrilled about it. Instead, he’d think I’d like to let you in on an even more meaningful accomplishment in his eyes. “I am married. I am learning to love and be loved, to forgive and be forgiven, to choose day in and day out to care for one person unlike I care for anyone else. It’s awesome, I recommend it. It’s a beautiful thing.” Tyrone’s music has been featured on Grey's Anatomy, One Tree Hill, Private Practice and Intervention among other television shows and films.
Matt Duke looks super-young – almost teenage – in photographs, but the sound of his voice and the gravity of his lyrical content make you believe he is an old soul who has been through a lot. “That’s exactly the image I am hoping to project,” says Matt, who incorporates pop, folk, jazz and rock into his repertoire. His stadium-ready Vedderesque voice may have mass appeal, but for now you are more likely to see him in a coffeehouse setting, following in the footsteps of some of his heroes, such as Ani DiFranco and Conor Oberst.
