The Software Project Estimation is a challenging job considering the dynamics of the requirements and the variety in the projects domain-wise, resource-wise and scope-wise.

There are many techniques available with their own pros and cons and therefore applicability. One technique cannot be standardized organization-wide. The purpose of this workshop is to discuss the various possible techniques and their applicability in given situations.
The workshop can be considered as an executive view of the estimation issues and possible solutions.
It discusses the FPA, UCP, Wideband Delphi, WBS techniques and more to provide comparative understanding.
