On Cold Fish, their debut full-length for In The Red Records (the label that launched the Deadly Snakes, King Khan and BBQ, Jay Reatard, and the Black Lips), Lafayette, Indiana's TV Ghost create a vile and squalid cacophony that drags the raw sounds of their earlier die Stasi releases into darker waters. Primitive scuzz lurking in subversive low end frequencies and manic howls manifests itself as compelling outsider punk. As deliberate as it is reckless.
