Stop into Tula and tupi Childrens Boutique any time we are open to design and create your very own tutu and crown. Pick from dozens of tulle colors, flowers, gems, and ribbons. Our highly trained staff teaches you and your little one the art of tutu making. We help embellish it with her choices of flowers, gems, and ribbons. Class takes 45 minutes and you are out the door with your new tutu. Ages 4 years and up. Tutu class is $58.00 and crown class is $22.00. Design both for $68.00
