Tuscany in Texas April 26, 2009

Lamb Osso Buco cooked slowly for 24 hours by our winemaker. This is a typical Tuscan dish where everyone sits at the same table outdoors and enjoys one of the true joys of life. Served alongside sprouting beautiful vines (weather permitting). A lunch from Tuscany in Texas! Great food served outdoors, a bottle of wine, sunshine (hopefully) and good friends. Suggested wine: Sangiovese.
