Course 1 – Southern Tier Iniquity Black Ale
"Poutine" - Duck fat fried french fries with duck gravy and fresh cheese curds.
Course 2 – LeftHand Brewery Fade to Black Chili Porter
"Hot Dog" - House made spicy pork sausage, homemade bun, pickled rainbow chard relish, tomato mostarda, and fresh dill.
Course 3 – Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout
"Chicken and Waffles" - Fried chicken oyster with pecan waffle, and powdered bourbon-maple butter.
Course 4 – Aventinus Doppelbach
"BBQ" - Braised Wild Boar-BQ w/apple-anise BBQ sauce, “Baked bean” cassoulet, sweet fennel slaw, and shallot- banana hush puppies.
Course 5 – Brooklyn Brewery Black Chocolate Stout
"Doughnut" - Sweetened foie gras mousse filled donut hole, Nutella drizzle, and smoked sea salt.
Because the beers we are tasting as NOT gluten-free, the food served will also NOT be gluten-free. Some items will be available to order as entrees after the tasting and ask about special to-go pricing on the beer.
