As string players who have performed in ensembles of various sizes and types across the United States and in Europe, South America, and Israel, the members of Quintet Luminesce have a decided preference for chamber music. They are also teachers, conductors, music coaches, and the collective moms of 10 children, ranging in age from 5 months to 25 years old. Quintet Luminesce looks forward to bringing classical music of such composers as Mozart and Mendelssohn to the Garden.
