Passionate about the moving body and with a thirst for communicating through dance, the Austrian-born Klenjoski creates deeply personal works that examine our search for intimacy in contemporary society. RKDC brings truth to the forefront and delivers a program of athleticism, grace and humor. In the critically acclaimed, Horton Award-nominated work, Love Lies Waiting, Klenjoski considers the tempestuous landscape of love and desire through the eyes of a loner in search of the perfect love. It features an original score by celebrated composer Mark Fitchett. You also will be treated to a world premiere that blends multimedia and text with high-velocity dancing and fierce athleticism.
