Trumpeter John Worley and WorlView : San Jose Jazz Festival August 13, 2011

Come hear master trumpeter John Worley Jr. as he performs at the San Jose Jazz Festival as part of the after-hours crawl, at the swank Affinity Lounge in the Hilton Hotel in San Jose.

He will be joined by the very talented Worlview group - Murray Low on piano, Ken Okada on bass, Kevin Higuchi on drums and Scott Sorking on guitar. While rooted in straight-ahead jazz, the group also incorporates Japanese folk melodies, latin grooves, and all ports in between.

This event is FREE to all ages, and there are great drinks, a nice tapas menu, and comfortable couches available to relax and unwind.
