Trummer's On Main Pop-Up Burger Bar April 8, 2013

From April 9th - May 2nd, the most memorable meal in Northern Virginia will come in between a bun as the intimate Gallery Room at Clifton dining destination, Trummer's on Main plays host to The Burger Bar, a pop-up burger joint featuring a menu of creatively crafted burgers, sides and spiked shakes. The Burger Bar will feature a variety of 8 burgers, each of which features garnishes and preparations specially created for that particular burger. A hearty lamb burger is topped with a meticulously made dehydrated olive and onion yogurt, honey garlic mayo, gouda cheese & flavorful micro beet sprouts. The Notorious P.I.G. burger brings together pork, pork sausage, poblano pepper, pepper jack cheese & thick, house-cured bacon and a lighter, flavorful Chesapeake Burger marries shrimp with Old Bay mayo and sweet bell pepper.

The Burger Bar will run Tues - Thursdays from 5pm - 10pm, April 9 - May 2, 2013. No reservations will be taken for The Burger Bar and seating is available on a first come, first serve basis. Prices for the burgers range from: $8 - $12.
