Truffle Making Workshop at The Morton Arboretum February 12, 2011

Make your own truffles! “Truffle Making Workshop” teaches how to design classic hand-rolled truffles. Working in groups of four to five, participants will design, melt, chill, scoop, and roll truffles. Each attendee will leave with tasty truffle samples! Cost: $25 (discounts for Arboretum members). Class size limited. Advance registration, which is required, begins January 17, at www.mortonarb.org/chocolate or 630-725-2066. Ages 16 and older. Thornhill Education Center.
