The conflicts of the Civil War are often portrayed with huge battles of epic scale. Yet its most profound effect was on the lives of everyday families, struggling to survive. This marionette show created by the Puppetry Arts Institute offers a glimpse of the times through the eyes of the child of a small working farm in western Missouri.
