Trio of Oz April 23, 2011

This freewheeling and forward-thinking group teams master drummer Omar Hakim (Miles Davis, Sting, Weather Report) with pianist Rachel Z (Wayne Shorter, Steps Ahead, Peter Gabriel) and acoustic bassist Maeve Royce. Together they put their unique stamp on songs by Stone Temple Pilots, Coldplay and New Order as well as compositions by Duke Ellington and Wayne Shorter.
