Brian Ashe, Partner at Seyfarth Shaw Attorney LLP, represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. His main areas of practice are employment litigation, employment class actions and counseling. Mr. Ashe defends employers in discrimination litigation, wage and hour matters, trade secret cases, wrongful termination actions and matters involving unions.
