From the website:"For the second year, Tri-C JazzFest presents the Debut Series dedicated to up-and-coming musicians who are quickly garnering national acclaim and are expected to be headliners in the near future.
Delightful pianist Helen Sung was a student in the inaugural class of the Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz Performance at the New England Conservatory of Music. This unique opportunity allowed her to study and perform with some of the greatest masters of jazz music.
