Treat Yourself to an Intimate Exclusive Tequila Dinner at TQLA!

Say goodbye to the warm temperatures and welcome the cool fall weather with a tribute to one of the fastest growing spirits - Tequila! TQLA, Mesa’s hottest new restaurant which is a blend of Southwestern, Mexican and Southern cuisine is kicking off a series of intimate Tequila dinners and will host Jose “Pepe” Hermosillo, the founding partner of Casa Noble Tequila in mid-November.

Starting at 7pm on Thursday, November 15th, guests will enjoy a 4 course meal thoughtfully paired with 4 tequila cocktails from the only restaurant in the Valley that serves Tequila on Tap. The Tequila Tasting includes; Casa Noble Crystal, Reposado, Single Barrel Reposado, Anejo, and Single Barrel 2YR Anejo.

“For TQLA to bring Pepe to Arizona and pair his fine tequila with our great southwestern flavors makes for a not only a really special evening but just an incredible culinary experience for the Valley,” said owner and Tequiler Scott Lindsey . “Pepe’s knowledge of the tequila along with the dishes that we have chosen for this tasting will really show guests how you pair the two and come out with something extraordinary for the pallet.”

Tequila and Tastes Menu:
• First Course
o Fresh Cranberry Margarita with Casa Noble Crystal
o Lobster Tamale with corn cream, shrimp and cucumber salsa
• Second Course
o Spicy Pumpkin Martini with Casa Noble Reposado
o Grilled Texas Quail with agave chile glaze, sweet potato mash with pecans
• Third Course
o Spanish Rain Drop with Casa Noble Anejo
o Petite Filet with green chile wild rice, tequila apricots and blackened tomatillo sauce
• Fourth Course
o Old Fashion with Casa Noble Anejo
o Pumpkin brioche bread pudding with homemade vanilla ice cream and canela anflaise
