Savor prime aged steaks and perfected classics at Meritage Steakhouse with a special Mother's Day menu. A choice of sweet pea or loaded potato soup with smoked cheddar, bacon and green onions; arugula or Meritage salad is followed by herb crusted rack of lamb in a port demi-glace; house-smoked prime rib, filet mignon; or seared sea bass with parsnip puree, sautéed spinach and chimichurri. Enjoy family style dishes of foraged mushrooms, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and steamed broccolini with citrus salt.
Dessert delights feature strawberry three ways: mascarpone wild strawberry pannacotta, strawberry vanilla cheesecake with a lemon crust and mango passion compote or strawberry milk chocolate praline.
Mother's Day dining at Meritage Steakhouse will be served from 3 to 9 p.m. on Sunday, May 13 Cost is $55 per person and $27.50 for children under 12.

The Blue Sage Mother's Day brunch includes starters of an heirloom cauliflower salad with frisée bacon and mixed greens, a baby arugula salad with sea salt roasted beets, goat cheese and grapefruit, and corn bisque soup. Enjoy a chilled seafood and caviar station with crab, oysters and poached shrimp; an omelet station; pasta station with cavatapi and penne; carving station offering maple glazed ham and herb-roasted prime rib and seared grouper; and Belgian waffles, blue corn pancakes and challah French toast.
Dessert offerings will be elaborate featuring triple chocolate Napoleon, red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, New York cheesecake and a chocolate fountain with assorted treats to dip.
The Blue Sage Mother's Day brunch is $65 per adult and $32.50 for children 12 and under. The grand buffet will be served from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday,
May 13.
