Travaasa's Valentine's Day Menu February 14, 2013

Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Travaasa Austin’s signature restaurant Jean's Kitchen. Open to the public as well as hotel guests, the Valentine’s Day dinner menu will be served on Thursday, February 14, 2013 from 6-9 pm. The five course tasting menu created by Executive Chef Ben Baker is designed to entice and educate the senses. Selections include a Crostini Plate, Sweet Heart Salad, Baked Texas Oysters, Quail-Scallop Slider, Chai Tea Sorbet with Minted Raspberries and Strawberries, among other dishes. The five course tasting menu is priced at $65 per person. Guests can enjoy wine pairings for each course for $110 per person.
