Trattoria Stella Colfax has the New Years Eve deal for you!

Chef Michael Carlin Presents - One night only at Stella’s on Colfax!
$50.00 per person three-course pre fixe menu (no regular menu, choose one of each from below)
New Year’s Eve from 4:00pm to 9:00pm. 3201 East Colfax Avenue.
Course 1:
- Pan Fried gnocci with crispy pancetta, roasted red pepper coulis and pine nuts topped with parmesan.
- Mezzalunas filled with mushroom ragout and fontina cheese served with a brandy, sage cream and pecorino cheese.
- Herb goat cheese croquette that is fried and served with figs, carmelized onions and a balsamic reduction sauce.
Course 2:
- Bibb butter lettuce with avocado, lump crab meat, marinated tomatoes, shaved red onions and a creamy basil vinaigrette.
- Grilled romaine hearts with crispy polenta croutons, applewood smoked bacon, tomatoes and house-made caesar dressing.
- Lobster bisque with a basil pesto crostini and drizzled with herb oil.
Course 3:
- Roasted Colorado lamb sirloin with a cannelinii bean ragout with winter vegetables and pancetta, topped by a pomegranate demi-glace sauce.
- Pistachio-crusted Colorado striped bass with a potato, golden beet and chorizo hash and a smoked tomato beurre blanc.
- Grilled beef tenderloin filet with a celery root, potato, fontina cheese gratin, a foie gras butter wild mushroom demi glace and wilted spinach.
- House-made ravioli filled with ricotta, goat cheese, chestnuts, roasted garlic and shaved truffle served with a marscapone, arugula herb sauce.
