Trans Am is a three-piece synthpop and rock band that dances a tightrope between spoof and homage, centered on a cerebrally robotic, semi-danceable, minimalistic format reminiscent of 1980s video game soundtrack music. They are known for constant touring, cryptic album artwork, and continual thematic re-invention. Meanwhile, receiving coveted nods from the likes of Kraftwerk and touring arenas with Tool. Its unclear what form these shape shifters will display at their headlining show but Trans Am always rolls through with precision and style.
