Traditions In Excellence April 21, 2009

This 12th annual food and wine event is an opportunity for the College of DuPage's culinary students to showcase their skills, while raising money to enhance the Hospitality Administration program.

This year's event presents a four-course elegant sit down dinner prepared by the students. The evening will begin with a champagne reception featuring plated appetizers at 5:30 p.m. Dinner will begin at 7 p.m. At about 8:30 p.m. the live auction will start. Finishing off the evening, guests will enjoy a selection of desserts served at 8:30. The evening should end about 9 p.m.
