The Akhaya Cookery School aims to celebrate delicious healthy food through our range of African cookery courses.
Our Traditional Nigerian cookery course fuses traditional cuisine across Nigeria. In this course we will being using fresh, organic ingredients as well as our range of 100% organic spices and spices blends.
This is a unique opportunity to discover delicious Nigerian food. Our classes are suitable for cooks of all levels and is a great chance to meet other foodies in a fun and welcoming class.
Typical dishes taught on this course include:
Nigerian-style Jollof rice
Pepper soup
Akara
The Saturday afternoon course will be held from 2:30pm - 5:30pm.
