DESCRIPTION: _What is Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)? What are its origins? How does it work in modern life from infancy to old age? This presentation will cover the basics of TCM including use of traditional herbs and acupuncture in injury care, stress relief and confidence to keep our life balanced, healthy and active.

SPEAKER: Beverly Osachoff is a gentle acupuncturist with an appreciation for comfort and a holistic approach to wellness and patient care. She practiced massage for a decade prior to studying TCM, and she has had a life-long interest in plant medicines.
