Trademark's New Years Day Brunch December 31, 2012

Trademark in Alexandria will help cure late-night ails with its first-ever New Year's Day brunch. Executive Chef Matthew Miller has created a creative, hearty menu with pork-heavy dishes like the BACON CANDY QUICHEmade with chef's signature bacon candy and caramelized onion, and the PORK BELLY PANCAKESwith candied pecans, syrup and whipped butter. Master mixologist Christopher Bassett has also crafted two specialty New Year's cocktails: the "Walk of Shame Bloody Mary" and the sparkling "Grand Mimosa," both $8.

Trademark's New Year's Day brunch is available for $32/person which includes one entrée as well as a buffet of cold items, salads, pastries and desserts and other treats like craft soda shooters.
