The Leukemia Research Foundation (LRF) and Gilda’s Club Chicago are partnering to offer a free Town Hall Meeting, conducted entirely in Spanish, for Spanish-speaking leukemia, lymphoma and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) patients and their families. The Town Hall meeting features two hours of uninterrupted dialogue with medical experts.

Juan Chediak, M.D., Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center
Mary Lou Schmidt, M.D., University of Illinois Medical Center at Chicago
The Town Hall Meeting in Spanish will take place Wednesday, October 21 from 4:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Olson Auditorium at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, 836 Wellington Avenue in Chicago, 60657. Admission is free. Free parking and a free children’s program will be provided. A light dinner will be served.
