Tour de Champagne will once again bring together champagne from more than 20 prestigious champagne houses, cuisine from some of the city’s most talented chefs and entertainment like chef demonstrations and live music. It all takes place at the Phantom Ballroom of Hotel ZaZa on May 28. During the evening, guests will also have a chance to see informal modeling of fashions by Sak’s Fifth Avenue, peruse a silent auction benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Texas Gulf Coast Chapter, and have a chance to win a trip for two to Paris compliments of Air France. VIP ticket holders can stay for the Fin de Soirée, an après Party extraordinaire which features more champagne, snifters of fine French cognac, a crepe station, and a chocolate & dessert buffet. Dress – cocktail attire/black tie optional. Tour de Champagne attendees must be 21 and older.
