Hole in one wins a 2008 Mustang Gt, convertible or Saleen - your choice up to $45,000, model subject to change

Entry Fee: $150.00 per player includes continental breakfast, driving range, green fees, golf cart, on-course beverages, barbecue lunch, and special player gifts as well as one attempt at each hole-in-one prize.

Registration: After dropping off your clubs at the bag drop, please park your car and go to the clubhouse for registration and continental breakfast.

Practice Areas: Putting greens and driving ranges will open at 6:30 A.M.

Golf Shop: Golf Shop will open at 6:30 A.M

Dress Code: Proper golf attire (including soft spikes) is required on the course. No hard spikes, denim, tank tops, t-shirts, cutoffs, swim wear or gym shorts.

Scoring Procedure (Rules will be discussed prior to tee-off): Minimum of 3 shots per player to make up team score. Maximum of 6 drives per player can make up team score. GIMME PUTTS: Any putt falling within one putter-length from the hole is considered a "gimme". Record the stroke, pick up your ball and move on to the next tee.

Tees: Men use the white or back tees. Women use the yellow or forward tees.

Putting Contest: During the days events, sink a 10 foot putt on the practice green to qualify - then later putt to win a special prize! 1st in or closest to the hole wins!

Photos: may be taken during the tournament and lunch/awards presentation for Foundation publicity purposes. Players authorize use when registering.

Mulligans: may be purchased at the registration table for $5/each, with a maximum of four per team (may be used at any time).

Continental Breakfast, Drinks & Lunch: Continental breakfast will be served outside on the clubhouse deck close to the registration tables. Included with your registration fee are drink tickets for 2 drinks during play and 1 with lunch. Lunch will be held after play, during award ceremony.

Final Foursome and Tee Assignments: Available at registration.

Prize Categories: Prizes will be awarded during lunch. Categories include:

* 1st through 3rd Low Gross Foursome
* Low Net Team
* Closest to the Pin on Holes 3 and 13
* Longest Drive on Holes 5 and 12

Hole-in-One Prizes: Prizes include:

2008 Ford vehicle (model subject to change - up to $45,000) on Hole 17.

Inclement Weather: Please dress appropriately and be prepared to play under inclement weather conditions.
