To be fully embodied means to be at one with who we are, in every respect, including our physical being, our emotions, and the totality of our karmic situation," writes Reggie Ray, in his new book, Touching Enlightenment. In this weekend program, we will explore the body in order to come face to face with our own deepest self, our own incomparable individuality, as it is literally in the process of coming to be.

This weekend workshop is suitable for meditators and body workers of all levels.
