Toronto Singles Learn How To Play Pool April 6, 2007

Join us for an evening's worth of playing pool, mingling, chit-chatting and live music. The Rivoli has been rated the Best Pool Hall in Toronto by Eye Weekly, Now Magazine, Toronto.com and sharks everywhere. Located upstairs in a former gallery, inside the Riv's 5,000-square-foot skylit pool hall are 11 vintage tables, ranging from the 1870's Brunswick Aviator to the 1960's futuristic AMF (seen in Elvis' "Viva Las Vegas"). The pool hall has its own lively bar, seriously comfy booths and full menu. If you have never played pool before, this is the evening for you. We will be pairing you up with an advanced pool player and you will be duking it out for bragging rights as the best pro-am team that evening. See ya on the 6th!

Is this your first singles event?
We know that one of the most difficult things for many people is to walk into a place where they don't know anyone and introduce themselves to people they don't know. So.... here's our promise to you: At this event you will find hosts wearing flashing lapel pins. It will be their job to make sure that you get introduced to others so you will not have to introduce yourself. Simply walk in the door and let one of us know that this is your first event and we guarantee YOU WILL NOT BE LEFT STANDING ALONE BY YOURSELF. So if you had fears about taking the plunge and attending a singles event, come on down and we'll make sure that you get mixing and mingling with other friendly fellow singles. You may not meet your soul mate at this event but you'll sure meet friendly people who may go on to become really good friends -- so what have you got to lose?
