The comedy shorts programme is back and funnier than ever. The illogical logic that leads to the improbable, implausible--but never impossible--worlds of Roscoe Fatty Arbuckle in a comedy that serves up fun as well as food, Harold Lloyd as the man who is in a hurry--too bad his car disagrees, Charley Chase has to find out whether his bride does or doesn't--have a wooden leg!, Max Davidson serves up a dinner that no one at the table will ever forget, and the comedy team which caused laughter from the theatre to be heard out on the street last year, Laurel and Hardy will be back in a nightclub scene that will bring the house down.
Live piano accompaniment by Juno nominated Fern Lindzon
The festival runs April 4-9 in various cinemas across the city.
