A wacky pre-code send up has bellhop/con man Cagney playing cat and mouse with a big-time sharpie all the while exchanging witty repartee and pinches with the hot, blonde chambermaid.
KID GALAHAD 1937 dir. Michael Curtiz w. Edward G Robinson, Bette Davis, Humphrey Bogart
Tough boxing manager Robinson discovers a mild-mannered bellhop with a major punch and puts him in line to fight the champ. Trio of top Warner stars delivers a knockout.
