Open to those wishing to lose weight needing support. Chapter has been in Redding area since 1970's and going strong. Weekly , monthly, yearly recognition for losing weight.

First meeting is attended as guest. No cost. Monthly dues for local chapter only $5.00 National dues for year which includes a magazine with great medical and individual stories of success is only $26.00.
