Toolroom Knights: The 5th Birthday October 1, 2011

On Saturday 1st October at the capital’s most iconic venue, the legendary O_ Academy Brixton, 4500 clubbers will ensure that Toolroom Knight’s 5th Birthday is one of the biggest house events of the year. With a vision of what the 5th birthday should represent, we will be levelling the academy dance floor and bringing in our very own sound system, whilst Mark Knight has handpicked a line-up that's well and truly going to blow the roof off.

As one of the most forward-thinking, in-demand, creative forces in global music, Fedde Le Grand arrives at O_ Academy Brixton off the back of a huge residency at Space Ibiza and insanely busy summer schedule. He is joined in the main room by very special guest Umek, one of house music’s hottest properties Funkagenda, Ministry of Sound global resident DJ Michael Woods, Toolroom’s very own exclusive recording artist, D.Ramirez and Toolroom Knights residents, Mark Storie, George Andrews and Pete Griffiths.

In the foyer Ministry of Sound present Residents, as the Elephant & Castle powerhouse takes the quick step from SE1 to SW9 bringing with them a world class DJ lineup. Two of UK radio’s biggest DJs, Riley & Durrant headline proceedings alongside Toolroom protégé Kim Fai, Ministry of Sound’s very own residents Joe and Will Ask and the Shiva Soundsystem. Furthermore with our good friends Bootleg Social and Spinning Quickly vs Sick Vibez hosting the Circle Bar and VIP respectively, TK5 is without doubt one of the biggest line-ups ever assembled across four rooms at the O_ Brixton Academy.
