CEG Presents the Tony Levin Band with the Pete Levin Band at The Knitting Factory Main Space, Monday March 5, 2007. Tony Levin Band features Tony Levin on bass, Chapman Stick and Vocals (of Peter Gabriel, King Crimson), Jerry Marotta on drums (Peter Gabriel, Indigo Girls and Hall & Oats), Jesse Gress on guitar (Todd Rundgren), Larry Fast (Peter Gabriel, Synergy) on synthesizer and Pete Levin on organ and piano (Gil Evans, Annie Lennox). The Pete Levin Band features Pete Levin on the organ, Joe Beck (Miles Davis, Annie Lennox) on guitar, Harvey Sorgen (Hot Tuna, Bill Frisell) on the drums and Ken Lovelett (Livingston Taylor) on percussion. Pete Levin has been a part of the NY music scene since the 70’s as a keyboardist/composer, recording and touring internationally with hundreds of artists.
