Nicholas Brooke, composer of Tone Test, and Paul D. Miller a.k.a. DJ Spooky that Subliminal Kid, creator of Rebirth of a Nation and curator of Transmetropolitan, discuss how the technology of the early 1900's has influenced their current work. Moderator: Kitty Brazelton, composer/performer and guest lecturer at Bennington College. Free passes will be distributed in the lobby of the Rose building, one hour prior to the start of the symposium on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be limited to two per person. Doors open approximately 30 minutes prior to event, and seating is limited. Each symposium lasts approximately one hour.
