Tom Rigney is an electric violinist, Cajun fiddler, composer, graphic artist and leader of the American roots music band, Tom Rigney and Flambeau. Dr. Loco is a well respected multicultural anthropologist, musician, activist and professor who is founder and director of Dr. Loco's Rockin' Jalapeno Band.
