The four-course Valentine's dinner by Pinon Grill's Chef Gary Mlinarich will be served from 5 to 10 p.m. featuring choices of lobster medallions with heirloom tomatoes, and a raspberry rocket salad for courtship starters; fire-grilled beef tenderloin with sea scallops and lime butter or pan-seared salmon topped with Guaymas beurre blanc for the first kiss; and choices of triple chocolate desire cake with blood orange crème anglaise kissed with raspberry coulis or chocolate peanut butter passion cheesecake with butter rum glaze for the sweet engagement.
