Tucson , Ariz —On Wednesday, April 14th the dining room at Maynards will become the scene of the dinner served on the Titanic the night before it went down in the Atlantic Ocean 98 years ago on April 15th 1912. Beginning at 5pm, guests will gather in the Market for hors d’oeuvres and wine. Following the cocktail hour, guests will move to the dining room where they will enjoy a multi course dinner with paired wines. Artfully recreated and updated by Executive Chef Addam Buzzalini, the menu will feature a blend of classic international cuisine with wine pairings selected by Maynards Sommelier Lars Fasel to perfectly compliment each course. The cost is $98 per person (not including tax and gratuity). A portion of the proceeds from the dinner will be donated to World Care and The Santa Cruz Heritage Alliance.
