Under the direction of David Morales, the 100-voice Cantare Chorale, accompanied by brass choir and organ, and the 23-voice Cantare Ensemble, join together to present a dazzling array of holiday music.
Selections will include Pinkham's "Christmas Cantata", John Rutter's arrangements of "The Twelve Days of Christmas" and "Here We Come A-Wassailing", Leroy Anderson's, "Sleigh Ride", as well as selections by Bruckner, Holst, Martin and familiar seasonal songs. The concert will include beloved carols where the audience is invited to join in the singing.
Sunday's December 6th concert will be performed at the First Presbyterian Church in Oakland, 27th and Broadway. The venue is wheel-chair accessible.
