British DJ, composer and producer Tipper is renowned for his experimentation with tempo and for performances that feature him scratching his own sounds over his own compositions, creating a live element of turntablism that hearkens back to his early days as a vinyl DJ in London. In great demand as a surround sound composer and sound designer, his work has been featured in a variety of television programs and commercials. He released his debut album 'Six Pack' in 1997, and has dropped over 10 albums since then, including 2005's groundbreaking release 'Tip Hop,' which blended hip-hop production with electronica techniques, effectively pioneering the glitch-hop genre. 2005 also saw him establish his own label Tippermusic, which has allowed him to release records at an astounding rate. His latest EP, 'Snake Eyes/Chrome Splat,' dropped early in 2011.
