One night only, see actress Melinda Augustina in the play THE EXERCISE by Lewis John Carlino
Director, Producer: Kenn Schmidt... Set in the late '60s, THE EXERCISE is a fascinating revelation of "he says" and "she feels" in an on again off again game of love between co-workers...these co-workers just happen to be some pretty smart actors, their workplace is the stage and you? -- a fly on the wall.
The Actress is rapidly approaching the age of no return and The Actor, just 10 years her junior is stubbornly holding on to his wonder years.
After the bickering, after the love, after the tenderness, after the passion, they find themselves embroiled in a life-and-death struggle.
“The Exercise” originally premiered on Broadway in 1968. The playwright, Lewis John Carlino, although a remarkably prolific writer for the stage, Carlino is better known as a director and/or writer of classic films (“The Great Santini,” “The Sailor Who Fell From Grace With The Sea,” “The Mechanic,” “Crazy Joe”).
