Grand Center Inc. and 88.1 KDHX partner to bring St. Louis “Thursdays @ The Intersection”—FREE live music and outdoor movie showings every Thursday night through August 25! The music lineup consists of mostly local, independent bands, ranging from jazz and folk to blues and indie rock. The movie lineup was selected with input from the bands, based on what they thought would match their music for that night. Thursday, July 21 Bob Reuter's Alley Ghost will perform, followed by the movie "The Outsiders."
Music begins at 6 p.m. and the movies begin at dusk, around 8:30 p.m. The series is perfect for a lazy summer night or for a relaxing and enjoyable night after a long day at work! Free popcorn is available, and theater-style seating will be provided. All are encouraged to bring blankets or anything else for comfort if they choose to relax in the grass.
