Doris Day and Gordon MacRae vocalize beautifully together in this fine sequel to On Moonlight Bay. Bill (MacRae) is back from serving in the First World War and looking forward to his marriage to Marjorie (Day). Unfortunately, a scandalous rumor about Marjories father (Leon Ames) mistakenly instigated by her meddlesome little brother (Billy Gray), throws a monkey wrench into their plans.
